Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. It covers enricherholdings.com and fuelton.enricherholdings.com, both run by Enricher Holdings Pvt Ltd (Reg. C02162018), 6A, M. Viludholhi, Boduthakurufaanu Magu, Malé, Maldives.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, company, email address, phone number and message, and for a fuel request the fuel, quantity, date and place. We also keep a coded fingerprint of your internet address, which cannot be turned back into the address, so that the forms cannot be misused.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry or arrange your fuel, to send you a confirmation with your reference, and to keep a record of what was asked and agreed. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it or pass it on for anyone else to use.
The human check
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a program, is sending them. Cloudflare processes technical details of your browser for that check under its own privacy policy.
Who handles it
Our staff who answer enquiries and fuel requests. The website and its forms run on Cloudflare, and our email runs on Zoho Mail; they process your details only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
Two years from the day you send it, and then it is deleted. If we go on to do business together, the records of that business are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The human check may set what it needs to work.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Write to sales@enricherholdings.com, with your reference if you have it.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is published on this page with its date. Last updated 8 October 2026.
